How to Claim a Return on Trade Tack

Our Marketplace Return Policy

Welcome to TradeTack! As a marketplace connecting buyers and sellers, our return process depends on the policies set by each individual seller. This guide explains how to request a return and what to expect.

Return Eligibility:

Check Before You Buy Before you can return an item, it must meet the following conditions:

Seller’s Policy:

Returns are only accepted if the seller of your item allows them. You can easily check this look for the return information displayed directly on the product page  (Return Policy) before you make a purchase.

Trade Tack Trail Feature:

The 5-day return window is part of our Trade Tack Trail Feature. If the seller accepts returns (as shown on the product page), you must contact us to initiate the return within 5 days of receiving your product.

Item Condition:

The item must be returned in the exact same condition as you received it. It must be unused, unaltered, and include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

How to Initiate a Return (Step-by-Step)

If your item is eligible, please follow these steps precisely:

Contact Support:

To begin your return request, you can contact us through our Live Chat or by visiting our Contact Us page to fill out the support form.

Provide Details:

In your message, you must include your original order number and a clear, detailed reason for the return.

Get Your Ticket Number:

Our customer support team will review your request.

  1. If you contacted us via Live Chat, our agent will provide you with a Ticket Number directly in the chat once your request is logged.
  2. If you submitted a Contact Us form, we will create a support ticket and email you a Ticket Number.
Save Your Ticket Number:

Please save this ticket number. You will need it for all future correspondence regarding your return.

Wait for Instructions:

The Trade Tack support team will contact you through email with further instructions on how to proceed with your return and where to send it.

Return Shipping
Shipping Costs:

The customer is responsible for paying all return shipping fees.

Shipping Method:

Trade Tack and our sellers are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during the return shipment. Trade Tack is also not responsible for the return if it is not shipped using the official Trade Tack shipping method.

After Your Return is Received:

Once the seller receives and inspects your returned item, they will notify us.

If Approved:

If the item is in its original condition, the seller will approve the return. Our support team will then process your refund and notify you via email.

If Denied:

If the item is damaged, used, or does not meet the condition requirements, the return may be denied. Our team will contact you to explain the situation.
