By listing products on TradeTack, sellers grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, and perpetual license to use their product listings, images, and descriptions for:
- Marketing and promotional activities (including ads, campaigns, and social media)
- Operational purposes (including display on the website, mobile app, and partner platforms)
Sellers retain ownership of their original content but acknowledge that TradeTack has the right to use it as described above without requiring further approval or compensation.
