To maintain a safe and trustworthy marketplace, all sellers on TradeTack are required to follow these rules:

• Sellers must not sell stolen, counterfeit, or illegal goods.
• Sellers must not list dangerous, harmful, or prohibited items.
• Sellers must not engage in manipulation, including creating fake reviews, false ratings, or impersonating other users.
• Sellers must provide accurate product information and honor their commitments to buyers.
• Sellers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when conducting business on TradeTack.

Enforcement

• TradeTack reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban any seller account found in violation of this Code of Conduct.
• Enforcement actions may be taken without prior notice or the right of appeal.
