Introduction

Welcome to TradeTack, a multivendor marketplace connecting buyers and sellers.
By creating an account, selling products, or making a purchase, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

User Accounts & Verification
  • All users must register with accurate and complete information.
  • Buyers are required to verify their phone number before placing an order.
  • Accounts are personal and non-transferable.
  • Misuse of accounts may result in suspension or termination.
Seller Responsibilities

Sellers must ensure that all listed products are:

  • Genuine, authentic, and legally permitted.
  • Accurately described, with correct pricing and details.
  • Shipped within the promised timeline (within 3 business days).
  • Sellers are solely responsible for product authenticity and compliance with applicable laws.
Buyer Responsibilities
  • Provide accurate shipping and contact details.
  • Do not misuse the return, trial, or cancellation system.
  • Fraudulent or abusive activity may result in permanent account suspension.
Product Trial & Return Policy
  • All items may offer a Product Trial Feature.
  • Buyers must pay the full purchase price at the time of order.
  • Customers have 5 days from delivery to try the product.
  • If unsatisfied, customers may request a return through TradeTack Customer Support.
  • Returns are reviewed, and if approved:
  • Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
  • Returned products must be in original condition with all accessories and packaging intact.
  • Misuse of the trial/return feature may result in account suspension.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Order Cancellation Policy

1. Seller Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled via the Seller Dashboard.

Cancellations allowed only if:

  • No shipping label has been generated.
  • The package has not been shipped.

Sellers must submit a cancellation form with:

  • Reason for cancellation (mandatory).
  • Detailed comments (mandatory).
  • Supporting evidence (optional).
  • All seller cancellations are subject to TradeTack approval.

2. Buyer Cancellations

  • Buyers may request cancellation only if the order is in Pending or Processing status.
  • Cancellation is not allowed once:
  • A shipping label has been generated, or
  • The order has been shipped.
  • Buyers must submit a cancellation form with reason and explanation.
  • Requests are reviewed within 24–48 hours.
  • Processing Timeline
  • Requests reviewed: within 24–48 hours.
  • Refunds processed (if applicable): within 5–10 business days.

Both buyer and seller notified via email.

Platform Rights

TradeTack reserves the right to:

  • Deny cancellation/return requests that appear fraudulent.
  • Request additional documentation.
  • Modify policies without prior notice.
Payments & Taxes
  • Payments are processed securely through authorized gateways.
  • Sellers are subject to TradeTack’s commission and payout rules.
  • Taxes are charged as per local state law.
  • Chargebacks, disputes, or fraud may result in frozen funds.
Shipping & Delivery
  • Sellers must ship orders within 3 business days.
  • Buyers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
  • Buyers bear all shipping costs and assume risk once tracking shows “Delivered.”
  • Sellers must comply with shipping partner policies.
  • TradeTack is not liable for courier delays, lost shipments, or carrier issues.
Dispute Resolution
  • Buyers and sellers should first attempt to resolve disputes directly.
  • If unresolved, TradeTack may step in as final arbitrator.
  • TradeTack’s decision will be final and binding.
Live Chat Customer Support

TradeTack provides real-time live chat support.

Buyers may seek assistance with:

  • Orders, returns, refunds, and cancellations.
  • General account support.

Sellers may seek assistance with:

  • Store management and orders.
  • Platform usage and policy clarifications.
Prohibited Products & Activities

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Illegal, counterfeit, or restricted products.
  • Fake reviews, impersonation, or fraudulent activities.
  • Violation may result in immediate termination and possible legal action.
Intellectual Property Rights
  • TradeTack owns all rights to the platform, design, logo, and branding.
  • Sellers retain ownership of product content but grant TradeTack a license to display it.
  • Unauthorized use of TradeTack’s intellectual property is prohibited.
Termination of Accounts
  • TradeTack may suspend or terminate accounts that:
  • Violate platform rules or laws.
  • Upload prohibited products.
  • Engage in fraud, abuse, or misuse of services.
  • Pending payments/refunds will be handled at TradeTack’s discretion.
Third-Party Services
  • TradeTack uses third-party providers (e.g., payment gateways, shipping partners).
  • Users must comply with their terms.
  • TradeTack is not liable for issues caused by third-party services.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
  • Any disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Pakistani courts.
Force Majeure

TradeTack shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, internet outages, or government actions.

Limitation of Liability
  • TradeTack is a platform provider, not the direct seller of goods.
  • TradeTack does not guarantee product quality, delivery timelines, or return approvals.
  • Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Privacy & Data Protection
  • User data is handled per our Privacy Policy.
  • Buyer details are shared with sellers only for order fulfillment.
  • Phone verification data is used exclusively for authentication and fraud prevention.
Policy Changes
  • TradeTack reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
  • Updates will be posted on tradetack.com.
  • Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of updated terms.
